Terms & Conditions
- The minimum value for a Fit & Styling Experience voucher is £250.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives.
- Any amount not redeemed at your appointment will be added to your account as store credit to spend at later date.
- When purchasing a Gift Experience voucher, a printed gift card will be sent to you by post.
- Gift vouchers can be delivered directly to the recipient by adding their address at checkout or to your address so you can give it to them in person.
Affair Lingerie Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on www.affairlingerie.com.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- If the order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance can be redeemed against future orders.
- If the order total exceeds the balance of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must must be paid by a second payment method.
- All returned items that were purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded as credit, which can be redeemed against future orders.
- Virtual Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient once the order has been processed and payment has been taken.
- Virtual Gift Cards cannot be used in-store.
- Affair Lingerie is not responsible for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Affair Lingerie is not responsible if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged or used without your consent.
- Affair Lingerie reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
- Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
