Returns Policy
We hope you love your new purchases. However, if you're not perfectly satisfied with your online order, you may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To ensure your return is eligible and covered, please read our returns policy carefully.
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, with all tags still attached.
- Items with tags must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- Briefs, bodysuits and swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
- We can only accept returns of cosmetics, adhesive products and hosiery if returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with any seals intact.
Please take extra care when returning your purchases and return them in the condition you received them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Christmas Returns
We've extended our returns policy for the festive season. Any purchase made between 1st November and 31st December can be returned up to 31st January 2024. All returns must adhere to our standard returns policy.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order, or you can download our form here.
2. Use the original packaging provided to wrap the items you are returning. Carefully package your return in a box or padded mailing envelope to keep the items safe in transit.
3. We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for lost items.

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR?
There's no additional cost to exchange your purchase for the same style in an alternative size or colour. If you'd like to try a different style, simply return the item to us for a refund or store credit and purchase the new item seperately.
REFUNDS
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original method of payment. Your refund will exclude the initial delivery cost.
Please note that the refund time may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.
IN-STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note, Affair Lingerie's return & exchange policy differs for in-store purchases.
For purchases made in-store, returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. We offer store credit only for returns. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
