On a rare occasion an item is sold out. In this case, we will either cancel your order in full or just the items that are unavailable and proceed with the rest of your order.

For deliveries within the UK, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 days. Orders for delivery in Europe will arrive within 3 to 5 business days International deliveries usually deliver within 5 to 7 business days.
If a product is marked as eligible for UK Quick Delivery, it means it is in stock at our UK fulfilment centre, which means it will arrive faster than our standard delivery timeline of 7 working days for orders shipping within the UK. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for delivery within 2 - 3 business days.
Yes, we deliver worldwide excluding Algeria, Albania, China, Guatemala, Iran, Morocca, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Serbia, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Tunisia, Ukraine and Yemen. All orders outside of the UK are shipped via DHL. You can find further information on international shipping options and shipping costs here.
All orders are discreetly packaged, our branding will not be on the outside of your parcel. If you would like your order to be gift wrapped, please leave a note at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you're delighted with your order, however, if you're not perfectly satisfied you can return your order within 30 days of purchase.
All returned items must be returned to us in perfect condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, with all Affair Lingerie and brand tags still attached with its original packaging. You can find out more about returning an order here.
We do not currently offer free returns and customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
1. Using the enclosed returns form, indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why.
2. Carefully place your items back in the original packaging along with the completed returns form and securely seal the package.

We recommend items be returned via a tracked service as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between banks and payment providers.
You can exchange any items (including sale items) within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges need to adhere to the same criteria as returns listed above. Make sure to note exactly what you would like to exchange the item returned for. Once we receive your return package, we will email you and if necessary refund you any difference in price. Your exchange will then be posted out to you.
Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but will be available at a later date. The estimated arrival date will be displayed on the product page. Once your pre-order is placed, we'll deliver it to you as soon as it reaches us.
